Benefit Events

The Children's Museum of Winston-Salem works with individuals, corporations and foundations to raise money to underwrite our operational expenses. The Museum currently holds one major fundraiser a year, the Storybook Soiree. Other smaller events are announced as details become available.

Coming soon:

Touch A Truck: Sunday, October 19, 2008. This one-of-a-kind event co-sponsored by the Museum will feature up to 25 vehicles parked outside the Museum on South Liberty Street in downtown Winston-Salem. Children and families will be able to explore the trucks as well as enjoy food vendors, face painting, reduced Museum admission and much more!

Other upcoming events include:
A Children's Fashion Show, Wizard of Oz Sing-A-Long, Volunteer Awards Gala and more.

The Children's Museum is happy to accept donations at any time, either as a memorial/honor gift or simply to help families in our area continue to enjoy the many programs of the Museum. If you have specific gift ideas, please contact A.J. at 723-9111, ext. 201 or email.
